just got the shocking news that my friend Jamie from Colorado, via Edinburgh had an accident on the trapeze and damaged her neck. She's in rehab at the moment and is learning to walk again. When something like this happens it starkly reminds me of the frailty of life. Jamie is such a vital and strong person. She is expected to make a full recovery. God speed.
